The past two days Novus3 attended the first National Department of Cooperative Governance (DCoG) Capital Expenditure Framework (CEF) Appraisal Workshop. It is the start of truly integrated planning where the effect of long-term financial planning together with spatial development planning result in effective infrastructure implementation. The CEF is instrumental in realising collaborative planning and implementation resulting in the spatial vision of the Integrated Urban Development Framework (IUDF).
