- Audit Insights — Audit opinion and outcome analysis over the last five years, drawn from the Auditor-General of South Africa’s published general report. Trajectories are visible per municipality, so repeat findings and regressions stand out against the province as a whole.
- Submission Status — Monthly status of scheduled Municipal Standard Chart of Accounts (mSCOA) submissions across all municipalities. Late or missing datastring submissions are the earliest available signal of a finance function under strain, and this view catches them within days of the database opening.
- Creditor Analysis — Monthly creditors overview by item category and age analysis, with dedicated detail dashboards tracking analysis and movements for Bulk Electricity and Bulk Water. Bulk-supply arrears are where municipal cash-flow failure usually becomes visible first.
- Debtor Analysis — Monthly debtor overview by customer category, income category and organ of state, showing balances, movements, bad debt write-offs and impairments. Organ-of-state debt is isolated so inter-governmental arrears can be pursued separately from consumer debt.
- Capital and Operating Performance — Monthly capital expenditure per budget submission by asset class, type and sub-type with cumulative analysis and monthly movements, alongside operating income and expenditure per item with surplus and deficit analysis over time.
