Novus³ has extensive experience in combining highly specialised internal expertise, innovative solution development, and international experience to deliver solutions that align with the needs and expectations of donor agencies and development banks. Our CEO and CPO are currently in Nepal supporting the World Bank’s City Planning Labs team in developing solutions to advance coordinated capital investment planning across the Kathmandu Valley. As part of this engagement, Novus³ is consulting with a range of local stakeholders, including senior government officials, to develop a deep understanding of the institutional, planning and investment challenges that need to be addressed. This collaborative, locally informed approach will enable Novus³ to deliver a world-class solution that is both technically robust and responsive to the needs of the people and institutions of Kathmandu.
